Appointments are preferred, and highly recommended. Walk-ins are accepted when we can accomadate. A $20 deposit is required to confirm appointment slots, which is taken off your total when you come in for your appointment. To schedule an appointment, please give us a call!

He is leading 2 separate Yoga Nidra (Non-sleep deep rest) meditations at @muddyfeetyoga on the east side of Iowa City: tomorrow, Sun 2/26 at 6pm Monday 2/27 at 8:30pm These are open to the public and free to attend, but donations will be accepted and are going to a good cause!
